Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All orders ship from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Free shipping on all website orders over $80 CAD. Orders under $80 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Orders are assembled and inspected by hand before shipment. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing and fulfillment. Tracking information is provided by email once your order ships.

Dream Pipe currently ships within Canada. International shipping availability will be announced as we expand into new markets.

Returns and Exchanges

Every Dream Pipe is inspected before it leaves our workshop. Our acceptable defect rate is zero.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@dreampipe.ca and we will replace it, no questions asked.

Returns for reasons other than defect are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are fulfilled on a cash on delivery basis. For wholesale inquiries, returns, or replacement requests, contact us at contact@dreampipe.ca.
